Steve is a third-generation builder and developer and has participated in various roles within the home building, multi-family development, asset and property management business. He currently oversees the operations and asset management for a portfolio of suburban and urban situated multi-family homes, rental homes, and student housing properties, as well as a residential building division.
Steve is an avid cyclist and skier. He participates in various annual charity rides and runs, including the Multiple Sclerosis 150 City to Shore, American Cancer Society Bike-a-Thon, and Irish Pub Philadelphia Police Children's Foundation Tour de Shore. Steve is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute, Home Builders Association, and volunteer at the Alzheimer's Association, where he was awarded as the 2019 Advocacy Honoree.
Steve lives in Philadelphia with his wife and two daughters. He is the finance chair and a board member at the Friends of the South Street Mini Station in Philadelphia, and a member of the Public Safety Committee for the South Street Head House District.
Steve graduated from St. Joseph's University with a Bachelor of Science in business management and holds a master's degree in real estate finance from Georgetown University.
