AQ Overbrook* was a renovation project in Philadelphia for Aquinas Realty Partners. This was a consulting project for a full lease-up and establishing of property management systems for an un-occupied building. The scope also included the conversion of vacant space to a full fitness center with yoga room as well as a dog wash station, conference room, club room and meeting space.

Pennbrook Apartments* is a 230-bed student housing building in Philadelphia. This project included a full-gut renovation in 2009 followed by a complete lease-up. Currently. Pennbrook is fully occupied and serves as a complete student housing building.

Glen Riddle Station* in Media, PA is 124-unit garden style apartment community. Services provided:

AQ Rittenhouse* is Class-A, New Construction apartment building of 120 units in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood of Philadelphia. This project was an owner's representation role collaborating with property management, leasing, public relations, branding, web design, architecture, interior design and construction management.
