Erica’s strengths lie in marketing, negotiating and problem solving. She meticulously guides clients through each step of the buying or selling process, and proactively addresses questions and concerns. Outside of the office, Erica has interest in cooking, entertaining and traveling with family and friends.  Anyone who knows Erica would tell you she is the first to lend a helping hand.  Erica also enjoys being very involved with her children’s many sports activities and fundraisers.
